Personal Checks and Money Orders are accepted but must be received before delivery of order. Sales Tax will be applied for purchases made in Illinois.
LEAD Apparel ships anywhere within the USA and surrounding territories. Shipping charges vary depending on location and delivery method.
In-stock items usually ship out from one of our various warehouses within 48 hours and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Non-stock items usually ship out within 7 business days, and can take up to 15 business for delivery. Occassionally, we email or call to ask for substitutes on out of stock items which may increase the shipping/delivery time of your order. For orders being shipped to a P.O. Box, AA, AE or AP address, there will be up to an additional 4 business days to deliver from our normal shipping time
Our standard shipping method is UPS, although some destinations can only accept USPS, ultimately shipping depends on product, weight and price. If you would like to designate a specific method of delivery please call 1-800-511-8707 and specify your choice of delivery options from the list below:

If you opt for a faster method of delivery your rate will be based on a current UPS or USPS quote for your exact delivery location and weight. Handling charges are based on the order total and weight. Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional handling charge.
For orders outside of the U.S.A, LEAD Apparel will need confirmation of order through email before completing the order. International orders can take up to 2 ½ weeks for delivery and sometimes longer depending on location and current inventory at the time of placing your order.
Easy Returns Policy:
LEAD Apparel expects that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you must return the purchase, you may do so within 7 days from the delivery date. You must email us or call 800-511-8707 to notify us of your return, and we will provide an RMA # to be placed on the outside of the package. You will need provide your invoice number, or name in your communication. We will refuse any package without the RMA # on the OUTSIDE of the package..
We will provide the return instructions in order to receive a store credit or exchange. A store credit or exchange will not include shipping cost. Returned items must not show signs of wear or use in order to be valid. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. All Clearance and Sale items are Final.
